Role Description
Transform patient journeys as the OneSource Patient Experience Lead at Alexion Canada. Spearhead initiatives and develop new support programs tailored to rare diseases.
In this strategic position, you will oversee the journey of patients within Alexion’s therapeutic areas, implementing insight-driven initiatives in the Patient Support Programs. Your role will involve collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and deliver effective solutions while managing program budgets and goals. You'll also engage key healthcare professionals to optimize patient support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive design and implementation of patient programs
• Set objectives and assess PSP outcomes
• Coordinate with compliance and legal teams
• Engage with healthcare professionals for insights
• Manage co-pay and reimbursement strategies
Requirements:
• Requirement of Bachelor’s degree; MBA desirable
• Minimum 8 years healthcare industry experience
