Role Description
Support students at Heritage Christian Online School as an Online Education Assistant focused on Math and Science for Grades 9-12. This remote role involves working 10-15 hours each week to enhance student success through personalized learning.
The Student Success Centre seeks a motivated Online Education Assistant to provide one-on-one support in numeracy and science. Collaborate closely with the SSC team, manage student data, and develop innovative resources to assist diverse learning needs. Your role will directly contribute to creating a vibrant online education experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate effectively with the SSC Manager and EA team
• Complete reporting in Encom regularly
• Track and monitor student progress post meetings
• Develop engaging learning materials for Math and Science
• Assist in team presentations for Orientation Week
Requirements:
• Commitment to KCCS Foundational Beliefs
• Knowledge of IE or EA experience required
