Onsite Associate, Inventory Services

The Opportunity:

Entry level position; responsible for maintaining accurate records of all inventories. Handle all paperwork and follows all procedures to meet this goal. Verify all orders received and shipped and ensure that the orders are properly accounted for in the company’s records. Account for all defective or damaged products and follows with appropriate corrective action. Manage and reconcile all cycle counts.

Executes routine lab operations & support tasks at customer facilities that require little to no variance from guidelines and procedures. Problems and issues faced have known or clearly prescribed solutions, and/or support for problems is permanently available. Activities may include glassware distribution and cleaning, autoclaving, garments staging, gowning room maintenance, GMP suite sanitization, and laundry services. Communicates activity records, service level metrics and other basic information to team members and supervisors.
