Onsite IT & AV Field Technician I

Astreya Inc. is seeking an Associate Field Services Technician I in Mexico, Ciudad de México. In this role, you will manage IT service tickets, assist with workstation setups, and perform AV checks, ensuring a high-quality customer service experience.

Preferred qualifications include an Associate's degree in IT or a related field, relevant experience in hardware troubleshooting, strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work independently.

Position is 100% onsite, requiring you to be present during working hours.
