Production Supervisor, Process Departments (Microencapsulation & PolyIFF)

This role is responsible for the planning and execution of the production schedule, supervising a team of operators across multiple shifts, ensuring safety, quality, on-time performance, and cost control. The supervisor will also drive continuous improvement programs and support strategic initiatives to improve microencapsulation design and configuration.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the shop floor activities of the microencapsulation and PolyIFF process departments, ensuring all safety, quality, on-time performance, cost control and continuous improvement targets are met.
• Plan and implement continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing activities to enhance safety, quality and productivity.
