Production Supervisor – Glass Production Process (El Marques site)

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for the Glass Production process per-shift in El Marques site.

What You Will Do

• Drive the company´s culture advancement and the business transformation in the area.
• Develop and coach your direct reports to make the greatest contribution.
• Create an open and empowering environment centered in the operators.
• Connect the team to the company vision and effectively implement the business priorities.
• Responsible for a production shift crew (technicians and unionized employees)
• Connect with different capabilities such process, asset care, maintenance among others to support yourself and your team to be able to accomplish our operations visions

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Supervisor experience in different levels, supervisor of supervisors is a plus.
