As an Operational Excellence Manager (Opex Manager) at Phillips‐Medisize, you will be responsible for leading continuous improvement initiatives and projects that drive meaningful operational change with a strong focus on cost reduction, production process optimization, and product quality assurance.Your role will be critical in establishing and sustaining a robust culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organization.What You Will DoPlan, develop, execute, and follow up on continuous improvement projects using Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Kaizen methodologies.Lead initiatives focused on cost reduction, resource optimization, and the elimination of non‐value‐added activities.Present monthly reports to General Management and corporate stakeholders on project progress, cost savings, and achieved results.Develop and train team members participating in the continuous improvement process (Green Belts).
