- Gather and analyze business requirements related to existing OT System systems at multiple sites.
- Conduct detailed analysis of existing operational processes and OT systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Perform analysis of requirements across facilities to ensure documented requirements and specifications support development of a comprehensive strategy across the in-scope facilities.
- Develop and recommend strategies for a comprehensive roadmap to optimize OT systems at the in-scope facilities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and system specifications, and assist in producing recommendation roadmap presentations.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in OT and business analysis.
