Role Description
**Position Summary**The Operations-Administrative Assistant will work closely with the VP of Operations to ensure our company's smooth, efficient operation.This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time efficiently.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:- **Support to VP of Operations**: Assist in planning, organizing, and managing daily activities and projects for the VP of Operations.
- **Calendar Management**: Schedule, coordinate, and manage the VP ́s appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
- **Documentation and Reports**: Prepare, organize, and distribute relevant reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
