Job Description

Scope

Coordination and execution of customers’ Ocean CHB orders in accordance with their requirements and/or procedures based on company ethics.

Responsibilities

• Order processing management – End-to-end processing of customers’ Ocean CHB orders and providing timely updates to customers.
• Coordination for arrivals, Delivery Order collection, customs declaration processing and payment of customs and port charges and to keep customers updated in timely manner.
• To ensure that BDP systems are updated always, and relevant documents are uploaded in BDP Smart.
• Reporting – Operational status reporting on regular basis with latest updates.
• Operational troubleshooting and provide solutions to customers in matters related to carriers, ports and customs.
• Follow up and submission of claim related documents to customs team.
