This pivotal role is not about task management but operational leadership. You'll be instrumental in shaping processes, managing teams, and ensuring the client journey remains seamless while the business scales. Leadership, tech proficiency, and a proactive mindset are critical for success at VFactor Health.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and lead weekly team meetings and updates
• Ensure premium client experience throughout their journey
• Manage software workflows and operational tools
• Develop and maintain clear operational SOPs
• Drive team hiring and performance management efforts
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in a relevant operations role
• Strong systems thinking and project management
• Familiarity with Go High Level CRM
