Role Description
Operations Manager (Head of Property Management Operations)
Location: Remote (Latin America - Strong focus on Brazil)
Work Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
Compensation: Market Related
Language Requirements: English & fluency in Portuguese or Spanish is highly preferred.

8-12+ Years of Core Operations Leadership: You have a verifiable track record of directly managing distributed teams (4+ people) and running operational systems.
U.S. Real Estate Experience: Direct, hands‑on experience in U.S. property operations is strictly required—specifically involving lease‑ups, asset repositioning, or the stabilization of newly acquired assets. Generic facilities, logistics, or hospitality management without U.S. real estate experience will not be considered.
Proven Systems Architect: You must have personally designed, built, and enforced SOPs and KPI reporting frameworks from scratch in previous roles—not just worked inside systems someone else buil...
