Core Responsibilities
Structure Design & Planning:
Conduct in-depth analysis of business strategy, market trends, and the courier ecosystem to understand evolving supply structure needs across different business phases (e.g., growth, maturity, new market expansion).
Design diversified and differentiated courier models (e.g., full-time, part-time, dedicated delivery) along with their corresponding rights & responsibilities, incentive schemes, and growth systems to achieve precise supply-demand matching and Product-Market Fit.
Project Execution & Implementation:
Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of new courier model initiatives or structural optimization projects, encompassing solution design, resource coordination, performance evaluation, and iteration.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Finance, and other teams to ensure the efficient and accurate implementation of designed solutions.
