Randstad is seeking a highly analytical and driven Operations Officer III to join a dynamic team supporting Capital Markets and Securities Lending. This is a 100% back-office role that offers an incredible vantage point into the world of prime brokerage and trading platforms.
As an Operations Officer III, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of high-volume financial transactions. This position is a one-year contract starting April 6, 2026, with a very strong possibility for extension or permanent conversion based on your performance and impact.
Work Model: This is a Hybrid role based at 77 Bloor Street West, Toronto. To ensure you are fully integrated into the team and culture, the first 90 days will be onsite 5 days/week. Following this training period, you will enjoy one work-from-home day per week, with Tuesday and Wednesday serving as designated anchor day...
