Operations Specialist - Trust Accounting Controls

Role Overview

The Senior Analyst, Trust Accounting & Controls reports to the Manager, Trust Accounting & Controls.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly account reconciliations of varying complexity.


• Record detailed cash journal entries and prepare backup information and analysis.


• Perform monthly dividend and asset reconciliations for Stock Plans, using MPS and custody platforms.


• Apply accounting and internal control processes, monitor and clear suspense accounts, and resolve issues.


• Analyze outstanding items, resolve routine errors, and escalated non‑routine errors to manager.


• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure issues are resolved and provide support through correction processes.
