The Role

We’re hiring Operators to support both lawn care (summer) and snow removal (winter) operations. You will take ownership of assigned routes, operate company equipment safely and efficiently, and ensure every property meets Prairie Greens quality standards. This is a hands‑on role for dependable, experienced operators looking to advance into leadership positions such as Crew Lead or Branch Manager.

Winter Season

• Flexible daytime schedule (typically 6 AM–9 PM, depending on snowfall)
• No overnight shifts
• Operate snowblowers, sweepers, and small equipment to clear driveways and sidewalks
