Job Description Support Plant Leadership in developing and sustaining a continuous improvement culture by deploying an OPEX implementation roadmap aligned with BU strategies, objectives, and corporate initiatives. The role drives KPI measurement systems, coaches leaders, and ensures effective execution of Lean and quality improvement programs across the site. Responsibilities Support Plant Leadership in Developing and implementing site continuous improvement culture through an implementation roadmap aligned to BU strategies and Objectives. Drive the KPI for measurements roadmap implementation. Cascade the BU Segment TPOC´s True North metrics and Corp Initiatives to each Site. Develop site and Leaders on continuous improvement management system through coaching. Conduct workshop and training.
