Eaton’s EPG LAC PD Power Distribution division is currently seeking a OPEX Continuous Improvement Leader. ## What you’ll do: Job Summary This position is responsible for developing the Annual Improvement Plan (AIP), using the ECIS (Eaton Continuous Improvement System) as the primary framework to identify, plan, and execute Operational Excellence initiatives. In addition, this role leads the implementation of ECIS tools to drive cost reduction, achieve performance excellence, and improve customer satisfaction.
