The Expert OFR - OAM is responsible for managing Ocean Freight (OFR) operations throughout the full end-to-end process. This role requires flexibility to handle the complete operational flow or specific parts of it, depending on the business needs. Previous end-to-end experience is considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full OFR end-to-end process, from origin to final delivery to the customer.
• Monitor shipment operations, handle documentation, and ensure accurate status updates.
• Perform costing and billing, ensuring accuracy in charges and validations.
• Manage operational claims and provide support for clarifications with origin or vendors.
• Ensure compliance with KPIs, timelines, milestones, and customer/business requirements.
• Maintain strong customer service standards through clear and timely communication.
