OPS - Route Supervisor

Summary

The ICI Route Supervisor is responsible for scheduling and adjusting routes, managing daily operations and driver performance, and leading team meetings and training. Ensures safety compliance, handles incident reporting, and monitors productivity metrics. Acts as a key liaison with municipal staff while supporting strong customer service and effective team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Must adhere to Miller Waste System safety protocols and be familiar with occupational Health & Safety Act.
• Schedule routes as per the operating budget, and maintain accurate records and time keeping for our York Region commercial collections contract.
• Ensure timely collection of residential/commercial materials, provide excellent customer service, and work within the specifications of our service contract with the District of Markham and our commercial customer base.
