Optima Solutions Business Intelligence Lead

As an Optima Solutions Business Intelligence Lead, you will lead internal digital transformation by developing dashboards, reports, and Power Platform solutions to support strategic decision‑making for the regional leadership team. You will combine data analysis, visualization tool development, team training, and global process standardization. The role requires knowledge of tools such as Power BI and experience in customer plant operations, with the goal of translating needs into technical solutions that improve the efficiency of the Optima Solutions team.

• Study, understand regional Optima Solutions requirements and support the regional Leadership teams.
• Develop dashboards and reports (Power BI, PowerPoint) for the OS regional Leadership team.
• Serve as a translation between the OS Power Apps lead and business needs.
• Understand business processes and how the Power Platform or other tools can improve them.
