• Oversee all nursing care activities within the OR, ensuring high standards of practice and patient safety.
• Coordinate OR nurse scheduling and staff assignments to ensure optimal coverage.
• Assist physicians with OR procedures and provide comprehensive pre‑ and post‑operative care.
• Implement and regularly update OR protocols, policies, and procedures in alignment with best practices and regulatory requirements.
