Order Entry Intern

We are hiring an Order Entry Intern to ensure accurate and timely processing of Designtex samples orders to establish and maintain an effective customer experience.

What You Will Be Doing

• Responsible for the accurate and timely processing and administration of all samples request (excluding major programs.)
• Ensure accuracy of order specification and shipping information. Order archive.
• Manage non-orders, sample, update backlog requests to appropriate support personnel.
• Teamwork.
• Work with internal customers to determine order status and disposition.
• Review, investigate and resolve order accuracy / discrepancies / past due open orders.
• Complete various projects and reports as requested by Area Support Manager or Manager, Customer Experience.
