Role Description
Perform order processing duties.
Review incoming orders for basic information and upsell opportunities, and process clarifications when applicable.
Call customers on clarifications and upsell opportunities.
File paperwork for Customer Service area.
Backup switchboard personnel.
Other responsibilities as assigned.ResponsibilitiesSort faxes by sales area throughout day to make smooth work flow.Review orders for contract/price assurance/quote as they are received.Process clarifications as they are recognized and handled per procedure.Enter orders according to departmental standards and procedures.Forward customer orders per procedure and return within the departments standards and procedures.File sales orders by area or number daily.Switchboard coverage as needed.QualificationsProfessional degreeBilingual english / spanish level III at BradyService minded personality and can work under pressureKnowledge of customer service, logistics and economy preferredGood comput...
