Responsibilities

• Support the operational implementation of the company’s strategic objectives through the proper management and oversight of the sales processes carried out by the Order Management department
• Contribute to various activities and projects that support decision‑making and the achievement of goals.
• Manage and control sales processes from the moment that the customer submits their purchase orders until they are processed and invoiced, ensuring they comply with the company’s established guidelines.
• Drive sales volumes and contribute to inventory levels by accurately entering customer purchase orders into the system, ensuring that products, quantities, prices and terms are correct.
• Analyze and coordinate with sales teams on the allocation of products with short expiration dates, generating the corresponding letters.
