Leads cross‑functional OTC process optimization and GBS alignment.

Descripción Lead end-to-end optimization of the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process , covering the full lifecycle from order entry to cash application and dispute resolution. 
Drive high-complexity continuous improvement initiatives  across OTC processes using Lean Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC), identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and defect drivers. 
Analyze operational and financial data to identify process gaps, root causes, and improvement opportunities  impacting billing accuracy, collections performance, and overall working capital.
