Role Description
Become an essential part of organizational transformation as a Consultant specializing in design and classification services. This flexible contract role offers a competitive rate of $35–$55+/hour CAD, depending on your experience.
You will lead organizational design projects for both Executive (EX) and non-Executive classifications, applying your skills to enhance structural models and optimize operational effectiveness. Your expertise will guide assessments and recommendations, leveraging AI tools where applicable, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in our government's classification and design strategies.
