Role Description
Job Summary
The Organizational Development and Engagement Strategist is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating strategic initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and workplace culture. This role supports both operational and strategic goals through training, change management, and stakeholder engagement. The position works collaboratively across and departments to align initiatives with institutional and VP, Finance and Operation portfolio priorities and foster a culture of continuous improvement, inclusion, and innovation.
Organizational Status
Reports to the Senior Manager, HR Advisory and may receive direction from senior leadership. Works collaboratively with HR teams, staff, and cross-functional units across the university.
