Role Description
Drive student achievement as the Trades Student Support Specialist at Oshki-Wenjack. This position combines mentorship with advocacy to elevate Indigenous students in trades.
You will play a pivotal role in developing a success strategy for traders, assisting students in overcoming barriers as they complete their training. Your duties will involve travel to Nishnawbe Aski Nation communities and regular communication with students to foster their success. Collaborate with faculty and community partners to create opportunities for student employment and retention.
