The HR Generalist position at the CEIU National Office is key to implementing effective HR policies and programs. You will engage in various responsibilities such as creating internal hiring processes and assisting with benefits management. This role emphasizes a commitment to fair practices and enhancing employee relations within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver new hire orientation programs
• Coordinate training initiatives and track compliance
• Handle grievance procedures and employee relations
• Recommend benefits program changes to management
• Conduct investigations as needed for HR policies
Requirements:
• Bilingual in both English and French is required
• HR designation or equivalent experience preferred
• 3 to 5 years in HR or related fields
