The Ottawa International Airport Authority manages, operates, maintains, and invests in the Ottawa International Airport (YOW) under a long-term lease with the federal government. In its mission to operate a safe, sustainable and future-ready airport to meet the evolving needs of its customers, partners and communities, the Authority has been widely recognized over the years for its customer service, marketing and communications, and business development efforts as well as overall operational excellence. As a key economic development engine in Canada’s Capital Region, YOW supports more than 10,000 jobs and generates approximately $2 billion in total output each year.
