Using internal systems, the Outbound Lead Representative ensures that each lead is properly vetted, documented, and connected to a licensed sales agent for sales opportunities.
**Requirements**:
- **Fluency in English and Spanish (both spoken and written)**
- Previous experience in Sales and/or a call center environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
