Outside Sales Representative - HUNTER – Quebec City & Beauce

Our client is a well‑established player in industrial and energy services across Canada, with a strong culture focused on safety, performance, and quality client relationships.

In a growth context, we are looking for an Outside Sales Representative to develop a territory covering Quebec City, surrounding areas, and the Beauce region.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an active pipeline (field prospecting, cold calls, networking)
• Identify client needs and propose tailored solutions
• Manage and grow an existing portfolio (upsell / cross‑sell)
• Track performance (revenue, volumes, activity)
• Keep CRM up to date and ensure rigorous follow‑ups
• Collaborate with internal teams for client onboarding

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $80–90K + uncapped commissions + benefits
Car allowance: $800/month + fuel card
