We are in search of a DZ Owner Operator specializing in city pickup and delivery within Barrie. Bring your own 5-Ton truck (2019 or newer) and commit to timely transportation solutions. This role requires reliability and a close partnership with our dispatch and dock teams to meet strict delivery timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate a City Spec 5-Ton truck for deliveries
• Ensure timely pickup and delivery of freight
• Collaborate with dispatch and dock teams
• Responsible for loading/unloading your truck
• Prioritize all shipments effectively
Requirements:
• Clean DZ license with an excellent driving record
• 1 year experience in a driver role
• Mandatory WSIB Coverage
• Experience with TDG, WHMIS, or Forklift is beneficial
• Criminal record check and work references needed
