Packaging Operations Supervisor

DHL Supply Chain Contract Packaging is seeking an experienced Packaging Operations Supervisor for its Bolton, ON facility. This role involves overseeing daily packaging operations including primary and secondary packaging, POP displays, and pallet displays, with a focus on continuous improvement and lean manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activity to ensure a safe, secure, clean, and fair work environment for associates
• Organize and lead focus on improved productivity by improving processes and associate work efficiency
• Apply lean manufacturing principles to identify areas for increased efficiency
• Deliver associate orientation, training, performance reviews, and development
• Participate in management of turnover among hourly staff
