Paediatric Emergency Medicine - Hospital for Sick Children

You will be required to provide emergency medical care to paediatric patients at the Hospital for Sick Children. This job involves working in all zones as a direct care provider to emergency patients triaged as CTAS 3 - 5. A range of common pediatric medical/surgical/trauma cases form the majority of the volume in these care zones.

Supervision:
In each zone, you will be supervised by a staff physician, and will review cases with that staff physician. Independence of the role will depend on the case-mix and acuity.

Minimum Requirements:
PGY 3 or 4 in emergency medicine or paediatrics with successful completion of PALS.

Remuneration:
$100 - $150 / hr
