Ensure safe operation of all Paint Line equipment, including pre-treatment washers, ovens, booths, and conveyors; identify risks and collaborate with Engineering to reduce hazards. Lead, train, and develop Paint Department staff, including Painters and Material Handlers, ensuring compliance with best practices and standard work. Optimize product hang patterns and paint application to maximize efficiency and minimize material waste. Oversee daily loading/hanging of product on the Paint Line to meet production goals.
