The Care Company is a home health care company that helps seniors stay in their own homes as long as they wish.

Scheduling Requirements

• Full‑time (37.5–40 hours per week) with availability Monday through Friday; flexibility for day, evening, and overnight shifts preferred.
• Will commit to a consistent, ongoing, weekly schedule for the foreseeable future.
• Will be able to see multiple clients throughout the day.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to clients as outlined in their care plans.
• Offer companionship and light housekeeping to help clients remain at home.
• Prepare meals in accordance with client or family requests, including a variety of cuisines.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), bathing, grooming, linen changes, and hygiene tasks within the scope of practice for a Personal Support Worker.
