Role Description
Enhance resident well-being as a Part-Time Dietary Aide at Maples Personal Care Home in Winnipeg. This role includes meal preparation, serving, and ensuring a hygienic dining environment.
In this position, you will support the Director of Culinary Services by serving meals and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. You will also assist with event catering and provide training to new dietary team members. Your adherence to safety regulations will promote a culture of care among residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve meals and beverages in a courteous manner
• Help set up dining tables and clear dishes post-meal
• Ensure cleanliness of the kitchen and serving areas
• Assist with special occasions and theme events
• Participate in staff meetings and quality improvement
Requirements:
• Food Handler's Certificate is required
