We are seeking a trustworthy and customer-focused Keyholder to ensure smooth daily store operations. This role involves opening and closing the store, managing inventory, and maintaining a safe environment. You will lead your team, oversee store compliance, and provide knowledgeable assistance to customers in choosing cannabis products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Open and close the store per company procedures
• Monitor staff compliance with policies and legal regulations
• Provide efficient customer service, answering inquiries
• Maintain a clean and secure store environment
• Supervise inventory audits and product displays
Requirements:
• Minimum age of 19 per Ontario regulations
• Previous retail experience, preferably in cannabis
• Strong knowledge of cannabis products and regulations
