General Position Description

Working alongside a team of pastors, the Pastor of Preteens and Youth Ministries will focus on four major areas:

  • Discipleship of preteens and youth (grades 5-).
  • Development of lay leadership and volunteer teams.
  • Partnership with parents and guardians.
  • Outreach to our unchurched, neighbouring preteens and youth.
