At the heart of this transformation is Provincial Laboratory Medicine Services (PLMS), a program under the Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA), proudly serving a broad network from the lower mainland to the sunshine coast including communities such as Vancouver, Chilliwack, Hope, Mission, Whistler, Powell River, Mission, Sechelt, and beyond.
