Patient Access & Scheduling Specialist

Pediatric Associates is seeking a dedicated individual to provide exceptional service by managing incoming patient calls in San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León. This full-time role entails scheduling, registration, and insurance verification, all while ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards.

Candidates should possess a high school diploma, at least two years of call center experience, and excellent communication skills. Familiarity with XPM/EHR systems is preferred.
