Payroll Accounting (US)

Eaton’s Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Payroll Accounting (US).

Provide Accounting support to Sites in US for activities related to Payroll Accounting. Payroll accruals, reconciliations, process adjustments for payroll and benefit accruals, etc. Ensuring and maintaining data integrity consistent with U.S. GAAP.

• Support End to End project, taking on various accounting functions for both payroll and benefits.
• Month End Activities: Journal Entries of reclasses, adjustments etc. related to payroll accounts (expenses and liabilities).
• Perform reconciliation between payroll, time and labor reports and the General Ledger (SAP / Oracle).
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Compare cash receipt and disbursement activity on Oracle general ledger and bank statements. Identify any activity not appearing on both mediums as a ...
