In this role, you’ll support payroll processing activities, validating crucial payroll components like earnings and deductions while ensuring compliance with both Canadian and U.S. tax laws. Collaborate with HR and stakeholders to address payroll inquiries and assist in audit preparations. Your strong organizational and problem-solving skills will impact the accuracy of payroll reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Validate payroll inputs for accuracy and compliance
• Assist with payroll tax reviews and reconciliations
• Support year-end payroll filings such as T4s and W-2s
• Maintain payroll records and data integrity
• Participate in process improvements and audits
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
