# Payroll & Assistant HRWe have a seed production subsidiary located at San José Iturbide, Guanajuato.
We have colleagues coming from Queretaro as well and transportation support.As Assistant HR & Payroll within the administration department you fulfill an essential role in administrative processes.
Additionally, you are responsible for:* Processing payroll and ensuring compliance with local labour laws and internal policies.
* Administering employee benefits, including enrolment, updates, and communication with suppliers.
* Supporting HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records and general services for employees.
* A completed University degree, in the field of Industry Relations, Human Capital or Administration.
* At least 5 years of relevant work experience in payroll and HR administration.
* Upper intermediate English* Experience with a Payroll Program.
* Experience with IMSS legislation.
