PAYROLL COORDINATORSARENS MEXICORole OverviewThe Payroll Coordinator is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing and providing administrative HR support in line with company standards and local legislation.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess payroll inputs (hours worked, absences, changes, expenses) to ensure accurate and timely salary paymentsCalculate and manage wages, benefits, deductions, and contributionsPrepare and distribute payslips and ensure correct salary payments and postingsMaintain payroll records and support year-end payroll processesRespond to employee and management payroll inquiriesEnsure compliance with SHEQ standards, company policies, and local regulationsCoordinate with external stakeholders (banks, pension funds, insurance providers)Support HR administration (contracts, employee files, ERP updates)Drive continuous improvement and Lean practicesRequirementsDegree in HR, Accounting or related fieldExperience in payroll processing, reporting and ad...
