we are seeking an HR Specialist in Payroll and HR Operations to join our team in Colombia:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including calculations for vacations, sick leaves, and absences.
- Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring accurate documentation of technical adjustments.
- Administer employee affiliations with social security systems (EPS, ARL, Pension Funds) and Family Compensation Funds (CCF).
- Oversee employee lifecycle operations: contract preparation, terminations, and final settlements.
- Ensure compliance with Colombian labor laws and internal policies in all contractual documentation.
- Maintain confidential employee records (physical/digital) with high accuracy.
