Payroll Specialist (Santiago)

We are currently looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our People Services team in Chile .

In this role, you will oversee end-to-end payroll activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of employee pay, tax filings, and benefits. You will also manage payroll records, support audits, and collaborate with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders to continuously improve payroll processes.

Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end payroll processes, including regular cycles, adjustments, and terminations, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Updating employee records in the payroll system, including salaries, deductions, tax info, and benefits
• Supporting year‑end processes, including tax form issuance, reconciliations, and filings
