Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and diagnose pediatric patients effectively
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families
• Document patient care accurately in EMR
• Engage in community health programming initiatives
• Support quality improvement efforts regularly
Requirements:
• Nursing degree or relevant qualifications
• Active registration with the Ontario Nurses Association
